Synergy: Coaching Consultancy, operates as a Sole Trader, whose registered office is Compass House, Vision Park, Chivers Way, Histon, Cambridge, England, CB24 9AD (the "Synergy", "we" or "us") is a service provider in the profession of coaching, action learning, psychometrics, tailored training and is the operator of the website syncsynergy (the "Website").

In this Privacy Policy, references to "you" means any person submitting any data to us or to this Website about himself or herself or about any other living individual in respect of any subscription to Synergy: Coaching Consultancy or the service made available by the “SyncSynergy” Website.

When you subscribe to utilize our professional services, or use different aspects of the Website, we may ask you to supply us with various information about you or anyone who you represent. This Privacy Policy sets out the way in which we may use such information.

Within 7 working days of receipt of your instruction we will cease to send you information as requested. If your instruction is unclear we will cease to send you all information referred to in this paragraph.
